2011
To tackle the ever-so-cumbersome spreadsheet dilemma, Stranahan’s former GM started Distillery Solutions (Stillhouse) to make it easier for distilleries to manage their reporting.
2015
With a shiny new development team, Distillery Solutions launched Stillhouse v2, now DISTILL X 5, with the aim of making it easier to see the goings-on of your distillery.
2017
After asking themselves, ‘what about breweries?’ Distillery Solutions began building brewhouse, with the aim of simplifying breweries as well as distilleries
2018
Who doesn’t love a rebrand? Distillery Solutions rebrands to FIVE x 5 Solutions to unify all products, making it easier to partner with future brands
2019
After joining Volaris Group, Five X 5 paved the way for stability and long-term support, providing expertise that assured the long-term availability of our incredible products. With a heavy heart, we pulled BREW X 5 from the market, leaving craft beer in the capable hands of other software products.
2020
Adding Whiskey Systems to its available products, FIVE x 5 ensured long-term availability for all customers across Australia. With the expertise of our team, we added consulting services for our clients to help with everything from process and compliance to reporting challenges.
2021
Coming in with a brand new suite, we brought DISTILL X 5 and Whiskey Systems under super sleek new branding.
2022
Because we can’t get enough of streamlining, we launched an updated brand suit, offering craft distillery management a whole new way of operating!
